1. Order Marketplace
Currently our market is only for the United States and only accepts adoptions in the United States

2. Order Processing Time
Since our products are custom and handmade, 7-28 business days processing time. This ensures that each piece is carefully made with attention to detail. Although some pre-made fursuits can be shipped about a week after ordering.

3. Shipping Lead Time
We work with a variety of carriers and usually deliver within 7-14 business days after the processing period. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control (such as carrier delays).

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, and we will find the right carrier accordingly. For heavier or larger items, additional charges may apply and we will need to contact you to request the difference. The order may incur additional duties, taxes or import fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so that you can monitor the journey from our transfer station to your doorstep.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We pack our items very carefully, but if your package is damaged on arrival, please call the carrier's customer service number immediately and inform us of your claim number within 7 days of receiving the package, and attach photos/videos of the items and packaging. For lost packages, please contact our customer service team so that we can assist in locating your order.

7. Delays and Unexpected Situations
While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

8. Return Shipping Costs
The recipient is obliged to accept the delivery. If the package is not delivered or is refused due to the recipient's own reasons, resulting in the package being returned to the transfer station, the return shipping costs will be borne by the recipient.
