返金ポリシー
1. No refunds on custom items
Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. Custom orders cannot be refunded unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error.
2. Order Cancellation
• Before production: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and receive a full refund.
• After production starts: Once we begin making your item, no cancellations will be accepted.
3. Refunds for damaged or incorrect items
If your item is damaged or does not match your confirmed order, we will provide a replacement or partial refund. Please follow the steps below:
• Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Provide photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item, including packaging, to assist our review process.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For approved exchanges, we will cover the return shipping costs (if applicable). For approved full refunds, we require the item to be in the same good condition as when it was shipped, and we will not cover the return shipping costs, which will be borne by the buyer.
5. Non-refundable situations
No refunds will be given for the following situations:
• The buyer changes his mind
• Slight changes in color, size or design, as these are part of the handmade process of our products, and some color differences are normal
• Delays caused by the shipping company or customs, or delivery failures caused by the recipient, which are beyond our control.
6. Processing of approved refunds
Once approved, the refund will be processed and refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days after we sign for the returned product.
